At Galaxy Horology we make it easy to sell your watch. While brick and mortar stores put on a nice show and some even offer reasonable prices, most are unable to compete with what we can pay. Our Process

Step 1Submit watch Information
Provide Model / Reference number:
This is located on the caseback, warranty card and with some brands it will be located above the 12 o’clock marker beneath the bracelet or strap connection.
Picture of watch:
Please send clear pictures of the watch including the front / dial, the caseback, the stem/crown, the strap or bracelet with buckle or clasp
Contact Information:
Please provide your contact information including: Name, phone number, email address and home address. We only keep this information in our database if you sell to us, you can opt out of receiving communication from us at any time.

Step 2Get an Estimate
Get an estimate:
Within 1-2 Business Days of receiving your submission, you will be contacted by our Purchasing Department via phone or email with an estimate or proposal. Please note that the greater the condition of the watch the higher the value we can offer.

Step 3Send in your watch
Once you’ve accepted the estimate, you will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label and packing instructions. When sending the watch, all additional items should be sent with it including: Box, papers, cards, extra links etc. If at any time you change your mind about selling the watch, let us know. Once we have received the watch it will be placed under inspection to confirm its condition and authenticity. Please note that this will have an effect on the estimated price you were given.

Step 4Receive an offer
Final Offer:
After an inspection has been completed we can send you your final offer based on the condition and authenticity of the watch. You will receive an email with an explanation of our findings. You can accept or deny the offer.

Step 5Receive a check
Returns or Payment:
If you accept the final offer we will send you a check/cheque, of the amount quoted in the final offer, to the address you provided.
If you decide you are not happy with the final offer, we will send back the watch and all additional items to the address you provided.
